These terms govern your use of Helmsly (the "Service"), an AI chief of staff at gethelmsly.com. By creating an account or connecting your Google account, you agree to them.

The service

Helmsly reads your connected email and calendar to produce briefings, triage your inbox, and draft replies you request. Helmsly drafts only — it does not send email, modify your calendar, or message anyone on your behalf without your explicit action. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any draft yourself.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Helmsly is currently offered as a beta and may change as we improve it.

Acceptable use

Use Helmsly only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

AI-generated content

Briefings, triage, and drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review them before relying on or sending them. You are responsible for anything you send.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helmsly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
